the answer is a combination of things , obviously top quality but the main thing that is going to separate this from the average is unique design and imagination
and i will give you one example , we have seen many times a water filtration system on the intake of water so can take water in from not so clean sources nothing new but on this camper will a unique design where the waste water can be sent to the fresh water tank via the same filtration system meaning the ability to recycle the water
This will create its own unique set of problems and finding the solutions is going to be the fun part
